When it comes to indoor air quality and the remediation of mold, the Kolorkist team are experts. Even though we had our air conditioning system checked twice a year for many years by another company, they never told us there was mold in the air ducts. Kolorkist diagnosed the problem immediately and with high efficiency and great care removed and replaced all the ducts (4,000 sq ft house) and installed additional air purification technology. The house is full of antiques, paintings and china figurines and everything was in pristine condition and immaculate when the work was done. And the air quality is amazing! Our family is safe now because the air is pure, completely free of contaminates. We trust Kolorkist. They also will do all future maintenance for us. ~ Cynthia S

Two weeks ago, we had IAQ Experts clean our two HVAC systems with all of the ductwork, and I was impressed with the thoroughness of their work. Tony and the other three workers did an excellent job, and I’m sure that the air quality in our house will be improved. The IAQ team spent about nine hours on this project, and I feel that what I paid for this work was well-earned. The last step of the HVAC cleaning was to inject a large dose of disinfectant into both systems and let them run to cycle it throughout. Because the disinfectant had a pretty strong odor, we spent the first two nights sleeping at our daughter’s house; during the day, we went back home and opened most of the windows to let everything air out. Now, after two weeks, the odor is barely noticeable. ~ Greg S

We deal with contractors due to our real estate business. And yes we have seen the worst level of service with some companies and we have seen the best. Now we used IAQ for our personal home and when I say that we experienced the best service...thats truly an understatement. Everyone that came to our home was clean and tidy and took the time to explain everything that was going to be done. The level of care that they took in our home from start to finish was bar none the BEST we have ever seen! This crew is TOP NOTCH! IAQ a Kolorkist professional services company cleaned my airducts, grill vents, return, and sanitized my house. My AC is working more efficiently and my house smells and feels much cleaner. These 3 men worked diligently to not only clean the system, but to alert us to, (and same day fix) the issue of the registers needing replacement, as they were simply not functioning anymore. They did an amazing job, very professional, cleaned up beautifully before leaving. They made helpful recommendations to improve my air quality and airflow. Found cracks in my air ducts while cleaning them, sent me a video of the problem and were able to fix it the same day. Gilbert the supervisor was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through some additional features I could add to prolong the life of my HVAC and tackle the blizzard of dog hair flying around my house. I highly recommend this team. The air quality is so much better now that my kids and I have stopped taking daily allergy medication, and my sinus headaches are gone. Thank you IAQ. I have used Kolorkist for the past two years. They are outstanding! They are very attentive to details: all stains, spots, wrinkles, hair, etc removed; our carpets look brand new. They removed spots, and frays in carpet and you know what, I did not even have to ask. They cleaned the carpet throughout our entire home as if it were their home. The stairs with several other companies over the years still looked dirty however, our stairs now look new. I am completely satisfied and will never use any other carpet company. Shaun and his staff have perfected customer service. Shawn came to our home last year to help with concerns around allergies and was so compassionate and understanding of our families circumstances. He went above and beyond to make sure we understood what we needed (and didn’t need!) to protect our health. He took the time to understand what the health concerns were and offered us options and information so we could make the best decision for us. He continues to check in and make sure we are happy and feeling good. His team is always extremely professional, on time and make us feel like they actually care about us. It’s a rare find today! It was such a pleasure to so business with Shaun and his team. Every part of this process was easy; from the estimate walk-through to scheduling, to the team that came out to do the work; everyone was kind and communicated every step of the way. They cover Eveything in the house before they started and cleaned up like they were never there before they left. We did a walk-through through when they were done and Marco and Spencer were great and explain everything. The air quality in my house was better overnight and has improved DRASTICALLY in the past week. My husband and boys wake up without congestion and are able to breathe easier. I don't know nothing of airduct cleaning but the team IAQ Experts sent to service both of my A/C & heating units were: - prompt; showed up on time - explained in detail what work was being done and additionally had no issues answering & provided explanations to all my questions; and I had a lot of them! - very professional; all of them. Accommodating, Informative, Reliable, Professional with an Impeccable Outcome! The San Antonio, Texas Kolorkist professionals - Chris L., Junior & Joe exceeded my expectations. Chris L. genuinely addressed our health concerns regarding the SEEML laboratory confirmed presence of Chaetomium, Penicillium/Aspergillus & Basidiospores. The fungal mold growth was in our entire HVAC system & in every room located at the Mission Oaks Apartment complex. I have attached the before and after pictures of the HVAC registers & ventilation system cleaning process. Kolorkist provided a HEPA portable filtration unit for overnight usage and returned the next day to conduct the air quality sample test. We will receive the air sample tests within the week. Its gona take me some time to realize the true value of this company's proposal but their rep was professional, knowledgeable, and considerate of my issues. Their crew was just as good and thorough. Pics were delivered to me of before and after and the days after a duct clean and UV light installation there is clearly a difference in air quality. Update 5/21 *** I asked this team to come back due to persisting issues with air quality and they did and were professional and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. They didn't try to gouge me for money. They took pictures before and after and I would definitely recommend you use them if you want your ductwork and air quality improved. ~ John G

Sean, the owner was amazing from the beginning. I called him on an off say while he was busy and he answered all my questions anyway. The boys that did the original work did a good job and were hard working, polite and cleaned up after themselves. There was a small issue that needed to be addressed after the job was finished and the company was all over it. It was obvious everyone working there simply wanted to do the absolute best they could for us. We will in fact be calling them after the new year to do some insulation work for us. We had our cents cleaned and sanitized, an I/R light put in the system and a full cleaning and sanitizing done and we were beyond happy with the results. I would absolutely recommend this company to my family and friends, that should tell you all you need to know. These folks are the best at what they do and they worked with us on financing. I have been a customer of Kolorkist for years and I cannot even explain in words the quality and professionalism of service that I have received from them. You could swear your carpet needs to be replaced, but you call Kolorkist and Michael will come and clean that carpet and it will look like a brand new carpet. I believe this is a very compromised company that cares for its customers and the quality of service you receive is priceless. From the first phone call to Michelle, my experience with IAQ Experts was professional, prompt, and Michael Eisenhower arrived within our one-hour window. It was explained to me what could have happened if I had waited any longer. There is a Jon Wayne Service Agreement covering A/C, Electrical, Water Heater, and Plumbing, but they were not able to reach my address for two weeks. After calling IAQ on Wednesday, Mikey was fixing what needed to be fixed by Friday 5 p.m. Without the unnecessary charges that you receive with larger companies. We can't say enough about the professionalism exhibited by the KolorKist team. The service they provided was outstanding. KolorKist staff are HVAC certified and very knowledgeable. They installed an inline media filter, a Dust Free® Active Air purifier and an additional UV light stick in addition to cleaning our ducts and vents. The service call nearly took an entire workday and was well worth the investment. Kolorkist also provides a yearly maintenance contract to ensure the air quality in your home remains high. We are ecstatic. For the first time in many, many years the airflow in our home almost smells like springtime clear and crisp and clean. We have a 30 year old home that was carpeted for 25 of those years. The ductwork was literally filled with actual dirt, sand, dust and mold. I did the legwork. I researched multiple companies. Read untold number of reviews. Paid to have in-house estimates for the work to be done. I finally selected Internal Air Quality otherwise known as IAQ and I could not be more satisfied. The price was very fair. The men who performed the service were outstanding. The company representative, Alejandro Roque, was very professional and a gentleman. The employees of IAQ very easily and very honestly boasted on the quality of the company and the quality of management. I could go on and so much more but I’m sure you have read enough. After being scammed by another company, I decided to give IAQ experts a call. Mike came out and explained the process and showed me what the other company failed to do. Once scheduled the crew came on time and was in our home for about 6 hours doing their job. The crew members were professional and explained everything they were doing and answered all of our questions. They showed us the before and after photos of their work. Someone referred me to IAQ Kolorkist for air duct cleaning/sanitation and I myself reccomend them as well! Michael is so nice and easy to talk to. He works with you and makes sure everything is good. We followed Micheal Eisenhower to IAQ because we trusted him as a person and a professional. Michael knows that I have allergies and with his advice we scheduled an air duct cleaning. In addition we needed to replace a the air purifying system. The work was done today and we already breathe better. The men who did the work were very professional. They did a wonderful job covering the furniture, laying down drop cloths and cleaning up…with a vacuum cleaner. i have used kolorkist for 7 years they are the best carpet cleaning company out there ive used them all i am a maintenance director on a four hundred unit property we have a white (pet) carpet they are the only company out of six that ive tried that can get it white again but most important they get it done when i need it and go above and beyond for me thats what sets them apart from the rest tne owner shaun gets out there and makes sure you are taken care of and mikie has a carpet schedule in his head all the team there does there best to take care of you they are the best forget the rest ~ rob t

From the beginning to the end the whole experience was painless and easy for us first time home buyers. We knew when we bought our home we had a lot to replace and/or fix. Michael was wonderful from the initial inspection and his communication was out of this world. The crew that replaced our ducts and attic insulation were professional, helpful and friendly which is always a nice combo. They were quick with the job as well as thorough. During the process they took pictures and showed them to us during the final walk through. It was such a progression and really great to see what was done from start to finish. Finally, they went up and beyond with their cleanup which was totally unexpected as most repairs I've had in the past leave huge messes for me to deal with after they leave. Not this company!
